Dr Francis and his staff were very friendly, kind, and calm. The entire office atmosphere was calm. After explaining a past trauma with another dermatology firm, Dr Francis showed understanding and was very reassuring. He did an excellent job with the stitches on my face, and the scar is slowly disappearing. I walked in scared and nervous, but I left feeling confident to recommend them. Thanks to Dr Francis and his amazing staff.
