I went here and got Xerf and they charged $1900 for one treatment which i was okay with, BUT They BURNED my face! I have 2nd degree burns. They offered no help! An EMT emergency response was called and i was taken to the emergency room for treatment. I have a $3800 bill. I'm praying the scar will heal and go away. AFTER ALL OF THIS THEY OFFERED ME NOTHING! RUN DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My sister and I both found this beautiful medspa through Instagram and booked a series of Morpheus8 laser treatments together. We are both fair skinned and have issues with rosacea and saw great results , especially with the facial veins/flushing shortly after our first treatment! HydraFacials are considered safe during pregnancy. Despite this, the clinic refused to provide the service after I had driven an hour for my appointment. What made the experience even more disappointing was the comment about my booking being through ClassPass. If you choose to offer appointments through ClassPass, those customers should be treated the same as any other client. The lack of transparency and the wasted trip were frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
