My sister and I both found this beautiful medspa through Instagram and booked a series of Morpheus8 laser treatments together. We are both fair skinned and have issues with rosacea and saw great results , especially with the facial veins/flushing shortly after our first treatment! HydraFacials are considered safe during pregnancy. Despite this, the clinic refused to provide the service after I had driven an hour for my appointment. What made the experience even more disappointing was the comment about my booking being through ClassPass. If you choose to offer appointments through ClassPass, those customers should be treated the same as any other client. The lack of transparency and the wasted trip were frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I recently had another Botox and lip filler treatment! She took the time to explain the whole process and made me feel so comfortable! She is so knowledgeable, detailed, kind, and which is so hard to find in los Angeles. The office is extremely clean and fun. I will definitely be back for more treatments..
