The PA I saw was thorough and kind and I liked her quite well, but in my experience the office admin is a mess and I urge caution and attention to detail to anyone dealing with the office. I booked through ZocDoc and had annoying but immaterial issues with checkin. Then, more concerning, I had a time-consuming billing issue. Clean office and great staff. Highly recommended!!
Had an emergent issue that required immediate attention. I was able to make an appointment easily and was seen very quickly. Dr. Novikov and staff were very attentive and handled everything with great care and professionalism. My procedure went well and healed quickly. They didn't take my insurance, but the out of pocket pricing was very reasonable.
Disgrace of a doctor. He shouldn't be seeing any patients after what he did to a family member. Doesn't know how to clean a wound. Must of gotten his degree at the University of Frauds
I was referred by my PCP for wound care. I would have to say an extremely pleasant office experience with minimal wait times. All staff was peasant, caring and concerned with my speedy recovery. I would coin the phrase 'aggressively conservative" as an approach to the care I recieved. 'Aggressive' in my condition was treated as very serious and the treatment I received accelerated my healing.
