Especially the hug from Patti...thank you so much for taking care of me!
I walked in scared and nervous, not knowing what to expect. But right away, the staff, nurses and of course, Dr. Rausch, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They took a lot of time explaining every detail I was about to experience. I felt confident I had made the right decision to have this procedure done here! What a caring, professional group of people! My procedure was relatively long and involved. Dr. Rausch and each member of the team made me feel important and cared about. Each one seemed concerned about my comfort and well-being. My heartfelt appreciation to everyone. Just a wonderful group of people!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Rausch and the Nurse Practitioner Patti Aldredge. I called inquiring about an appointment and they offered to see me the next day! The wait time was minimal and all of the staff were helpful. Dr. Rausch is very knowledgeable and able to identify problems quickly.
