They e-mailed me an advertisement for a promotional price and I called to confirm the price with the front desk girl who made the reservation.When I left, I got charged the original price for my facial and I had to argue with the lady in front. She literally had to call the girl who made the reservation and she didn't even remember the promotional price and I had to pay the full price. I’ve had several facials with Shirley, and every single one has been amazing! She is consistent, professional, and always tailors the treatment to what my skin needs that day. My skin has completely transformed since seeing her; it’s healthier, clearer, and glowing. Shirley’s knowledge and gentle touch make every visit relaxing and worthwhile. I can’t recommend her enough!

A hidden gem of a spa between Chinatown and LES. The absolute best bang for your buck - a full hour's facial is less than $100 (including extractions, facial massage and a hydrojelly mask!) which is unheard of in this city when most facials go for double, if not more. My go-to esthetician is May who is so sweet and informative. Would highly recommend her if you're looking to see an expert.
