Not impressed – I usually go to Iatria, but I had a gift certificate. My appointment was suppose to begin exactly at 7, as advised when I made the appointment. At 7:20 I was almost ready to leave when my therapist came to get me. During my massage there was staff outside talking and laughing louding, it sounded like they were cleaning up for the night . "Total" Experience – I had been going to the North Raleigh location for years and was very happy with the service, product, etc. I recently started using the Brier Creek location and was not as happy. While the actual services and location are great, the front desk staff is a downside. My experience was not "service with a smile". This is disappointing considering the beautiful building they are in. My advice is to stick with the North Raleigh location if you want the "total" rejuvenating experience.
I love Skin Sense! – I've had facials, massages, and body treatments from the Skin Sense location on Falls of Neuse Rd. I have ALWAYS been treated professionally and with extreme courtesy. The front desk staff at this location are kind, respectful, courteous, and so helpful. I often return just to buy products. I've never had a bad experience at this location.
EXCELLENT! – I have been enjoying Skin Sense on Falls of Neuse location for almost a year now. Not only have I found the front desk staff to be kind, and courteous, but the deep tissue massage by Cherity is OUT OF THIS WORLD! i went to the new briar creek location and it is so beautiful, very relaxing and warm. i recevied a microdermabrasion facial and waxing from penelope and she did such a great job. i'm very happy with my results and i will be back.

Super Experience! – My experience at Skin Sense was wonderful. From the time I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmoshphere is like a hidden oasis or a private grotto. The services are superior. The amenities are great and the little extras like the cool cucumber towels by the sauna, rose-flavored water, fresh fruit and specially-blended teas make the experience even more incredible. This is the place for pampering! I have an appointment to go back.
Great atmosphere – I have been to skin sense many times. The atmosphere is always very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful to your individual needs. the place is always clean, I have never seen it a mess and I have never had a problem making an appointment. Sometimes their prices are a little high, but it is worth it!
