I bought a Groupon for 3 treatments I only had 1 I tried to contact her by email 2 times and she never responded That's certainly not good for business! I liked what she did but feel I wasted my money!!
Great facial and experience with Nicole! She provided me education on what she was using and why. I loved it! Her personality was what was so compelling as well, she really loves what she does and has a loving spirit. I will be her client for life for my facial needs.
Nicole called and cancelled my appointment the day of my appointment because she was in a car accident, but she explained she could get me in on Sunday. I was sympathetic and said that was fine. My appointment was on a Saturday, so I thought Sunday (the next day) would be soon, since she said she got into a car accident. These people didn't get back to me in regards to simply booking an appointment. The site you have to actually create an appointment in MUST have your cc information just to book the appt! Why? I paid for my services in advance. This sounds like the story I get from clients of mine that has had their cc's compromised.
