I love my permanent makeup – After going to Skin RN for about 6 months for eyebrow waxing and a few facials, I decided to take the leap and get permanent makeup on my brows. The Waxing Is Superior – I've been going to Skin RN for about 2 months now for my bikini wax and eyebrow wax and always get great service. For years, I got my waxing done with a hard wax because the strip wax was too painful. But Skin RN is using some kind of new wax that is even better than hard wax. I'd never heard of it before I went there (and can't think of the name of it right now, sorry) but it's so much more comfortable than any other wax I've gotten in the past and the hair seems to be taking longer to reappear. I Love This Place! – I just had my first appointment at Skin RN Aesthetics after reading the reviews on here and I absolutely love it. I got Botox and a bikini wax and the experience was wonderful. The prices are great, it's very comfortable, and the rooms are all very private. I never write reviews online, but had such a great experience that I had to write this one. Very happy with everything I got and am looking forward to going back.
Best Botox Treatment Ever I drive by this business every day on my way to work and decided to stop by and get Botox. The office is very nice and the staff is very friendly. This was the best Botox injections I've ever gotten so I had to write a quick review. I've just started getting laser hair removal here as well and hopefully I'll be able to update this review later with my results.

Cute Little Place For A Facial – Skin RN is such a cute little medispa with many different facials, but my favorite is the VI Peel. I just got it for the first time last week and can't believe the difference. They seem to take a more medical approach than your average day spa. So my vote is five stars!
I Love Skin RN's Facials! I started getting facials at Skin RN last year when my husband bought me a gift certificate. Now I go back every month or two when I want to treat myself. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. I'm planning on getting Skin RN gift certificates for my friends at Christmas this year. This is one of my favorite local businesses in Nashville.
Awesome Laser Hair Removal Business Skin RN is awesome for laser hair removal. I felt a little weird as a guy who wanted to get this done "down there" but the ladies at Skin RN were real pros. I felt totally comfortable and the hair is completely gone.
Best Hair Removal – Best place in town to get a bikini wax and brow wax. I also love my permanent makeup.
