I met with Catherine to laser toe fungus. She was very helpful and informative. She said that the laser would not be enough by itself. I would also need to see a dermatologist. She didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I recommend coming here. Ask for Catherine.
I don't usually do reviews but my experience has been very unprofessional so far so I feel I have no other choice. I booked through Class Pass (this costed me credits which = $$$) for today at 5pm. I called at 4pm to ask a question about my services, only to be told that the person who was supposed to be doing my facial (CATHERINE) was not at work due to an emergency. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional in her trade, she doesn't respect what you ask for & will find ways to upcharge. I never did see the actual dose I received, very odd and devious.
What a great experience here. Took myself and my daughter and it was my daughter’s first facial. Catherine was amazing and made her feel so comfortable. Great facials, but more importantly fantastic customer service from start to finish. Thank you again Catherine! Will definitely be back.
I came here for a hydrofacial. Now I’ve had top facials from Boston and LA. I expected typical facial treatment with a hydration focus. There was no steam treatment, extractions, etc. the girl just took off my daytime work makeup and applied a paint on mask. She then left me for about 30 minutes JUST SITTING THERE WAITING. Normally they would massage my scalp, give me a shoulder rub, etc. but NOPE.
