I scheduled skin quench one of the last weekends in September. When I showed up, the door was locked and so I called and nobody answered. I left two voice messages and ended up leaving and never got a call back. I just called to follow up this last week and Brittany rescheduled me for today, my day off, at 1. I started driving there and she texted asking to push it back to 3:30. I showed up and the door was yet again locked. I called and texted her and nothing.
