Katie is wonderful. Always so kind and informative when it comes to microneedling and answering all of my questions. The office is consistently clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming.
Update: They personally reached out, apologized and did everything they could to fix the issues, great customer service. ———————- Wife came here a couple of times but her most recent time dysport never kicked in even after returning to get it fixed. None of the fix returns worked and they suggested she sees someone else. She’s been using dysport for 15 years and she never had an issue with dysport.
Cannot recommend this place enough! To start, the front desk welcomed me and was so kind. I was a bit nervous because I had a budget but Katie made me feel so comfortable about it. She also took the time to actually listen to my concerns and I’ve genuinely never had that experience with a practitioner. 10/10 recommend. So happy with the visit! Also, the place is truly stunning!
Absolutely love Skin Pharm. I’ve had Botox and PRP Microneedling with Katie and the results are amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, makes you feel so comfortable, and truly cares about natural, beautiful results. Couldn’t recommend her more.
