So I guess they moved to a new location by Victoria secret and Macy’s, and with that they raised the prices, which I completely understand but they raised it by alottttt which is ridiculous!!!! I go for my hair cut and that’s $30 dollars and the girl spent good 30 minutes, this lady spend 5 minutes and she charges $30, like seriously, facials at hand&stone is $50 dollars for one hour which is worth every penny, this place way too pricey!!!! I cannot go to anyone else - i feel like she really cares about my brows. She knows what I want and she is helping me get back to a more full and youthful brow.
Over the top aggressive sales tactic to push products that are apparently non refundable. Or as I quote "really takes a while cause I need to call it in" from someone with no one in the store (or the entire mall for that matter) that made me wait while chit chatting with a colleague. Much more interested in selling than customer service. Horrible experience. Good luck with that.. malls will be gone in the next few years.. And this is why.
