I've been coming here for my sugaring and Emily is the best. She is super nice, knowledgeable and teaches you what you need to know. The whole staff is friendly.
It had been almost 5 years since I last got my hair cut, so needless to say, I was super nervous going in. But from the moment I sat in Jillian’s chair, I felt like my hair was in the safest hands possible. She took the image I had in my head and executed it perfectly. The vibes were immaculate, she is genuinely the kindest soul, and I left feeling SO happy with my hair. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. <3 10/10 recommend Jillian!!!!
I came in today for a facial with Emily. It was an amazing experience. She customized the facial to my skin needs and I walked away with super hydrated skin and a beautiful glow. I will definitely be coming back next month. Highly recommend a facial with Emily!!!!!
I have been coming to SkinPalace OC for years! Since its previous location. This is my go to spot for all my sugaring! Emily is always fantastic and somehow makes a Brazilian as positive as it can be. She’s so patient (I have the world’s thickest hair) and she’s always checking in to make sure I’m doing okay throughout the process. She’s super quick, makes it as comfortable as possible, and even has numbing spray. I found my person! Emily is the best. My first appointment was for Brazilian Sugaring. She was gentle and attentive to my needs. I immediately made a second appointment for Brazilian, underarms, and face. The environment is warm and welcoming and Emily is very responsive and professional. I will continue to be a client so I even bought a package to save me some money. Choosing Skin Palace OC was definitely a win and I highly recommended.
