Five years ago I had a permanent makeup treatment on my eyebrows in south Texas. They were okay but a little too bold and too dark. I went to a place in Dallas that did their best to remove the ink but left me with a purple hue in my eyebrows. I'm a bit sad that I will not be a loyal customer after all. I completely understand customers who abuse the reschedule policy, but I was running late to my 2nd appointment today - made two weeks ago for a refill of my lashes. Monica did an excellent job and I was looking forward to seeing her again. I called to let them know I was running late and was told I wasn't able to be seen due to the 15 minute late policy.
