Sarah is an absolute sweetheart and did an amazing job. The building is the old medical arts building and not the greatest, but the moment you walk into her studio, it's like you're transported into a high-end salon. Sarah is friendly, professional and takes care as well as pride in what she does. 100% would recommend getting your lashes done by her.
I had an eyelash lift and tint done. The job itself was done well, my eyelashes look great and I’m very happy with the result. The two star rating unfortunately is because of the rest of my experience here. I showed up for my appointment and first of all there is no signage in the professional building main floor indicating the unit where their location is. I have had several lash lifts and tints in the past at other places, however by the evening this time my lashes looked exceptionally curly and like I’m wearing mascara. No need to even wear makeup after this lift. The office was a bit challenging to find so take the elevator up. The doors are not in sequential order. They took my deposit then cancelled my appointment. I've spent almost a month trying to contact them to have my deposit returned. Now they are actively ignoring and forwarding my calls. I will have to file a police report now.
Did not like the result of my lash lift and tint. I have yet to go to someone who over processed my lashes and I believe she did. Now that they are growing out, my lashes are going in all different directions which hasn't happened to me before with anyone else.
