If I could give TEN stars I would!!!! Dr. James is AMAZING. She listens to you and educates you. Explains things to you in depth. Her staff is kind. The office space is warm and welcoming. My daughter saw her for 10 months (4-6 week visits) and she cleared up her skin. I’ve taken her to two other dermatologists and got zero results. Dr. James told her from day one. Dr. James is very thorough and professional. The office itself is very clean and calming. The staff is also friendly and welcoming. They truly care. My skin has improved with treatment and suggestions I was given.
Having always struggled with painful acne and poor skin, Dr. James was the first dermatologist to find the right solution to my problems. She has been super outgoing and helpful during the entire process of working to fix my skin and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an understanding doctor to visit her!
I just happened to stumble upon this wellness center while shopping in Ambridge. As someone who struggles with mental health it changed the whole outcome of my day just purely by the aura that is presented in this establishment. The lighting, paintings, books and the fragrance drastically changed my mood. I cannot wait to set up an appointment here.
This was by far my best doctor experience ever. The time she took to speak and hear my concern, for the first time in a while I felt seen and not rushed. I came over an hour by bus since I’m a student and this well worth the journey. I will be back and I’m so grateful for her and her team.
