Nothing but good experiences so far. One son and his Mom are very satisfied with their results. I'm happy with the prices.
I have been coming to Cindy for almost 8 years. Not sure what’s going on in the Skin Medics office but it’s getting more and more disappointing with each visit. I really miss the girls that were at the desk when I first started coming here. Recently my card was charged $1800 for a $180 visit, which they fixed. Crystal is amazing at what she does but it’s freezing in the office.
The worse service ever. They been rescheduled my appointment and wait again for another 3 week and telling me I am come late when my appointment at 2:30 and get there at 2:33 and leaving the customer and went home.
I have been a patient of Mara’s and Dermatology Associates of Atlanta for over 10 years. I faithfully get a hydra facial which costs at the minimum 200.00. I went in today to purchase products and spent over 100.00. I was upset to find out parking To go in the office and leave 10 minutes later cost me 6.00. I called into the office to explain my situation hoping that maybe they would decide to assist me next time since I wasn’t serviced by discounting my next service possibly.
