I was warmly welcomed by the nurse who provided my consultation. She took the time to show me pictures and explain the best options for my needs, while also listening carefully as I shared my past care experiences and concerns. I was referred to this location and chose to come from out of town because I trust the quality of their results. The environment was clean, inviting, and professional, which made me feel even more confident in my decision. I’m looking forward to investing in my skin care journey here.

This has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I paid thousands of dollars upfront to Lily’s Beauty for a full cryotherapy treatment package. During their renovation, I was sent to Skin MD in Pacific Beach to continue my sessions — without being told this was only a temporary setup or that things might fall apart later.
