I try to make doctor appointment to help out my friend for his need and but this who front of desk, She/he really rude to me that I ask her nicely to can give me offer other place for my friend. But she/he act up and say don’t know then hung up then, the interpreter say she/he heard her/his voice as rude n attitude. I don’t appreciate with that , how she/he treat us as deaf! That so disappointed though. So thank you.
