Sadly my facial never happened as no one even bothered to show up. I booked online, they happily took a $249 prepayment and that was that. Waited outside for 30mins before one of the owners casually came by, surprised to see me waiting. Made a few unsuccessful phone calls and I was on my way. Very annoying as I could have gone somewhere else but stupidly picked this place. He wasn’t overly apologetic either. Hopefully I’ll get a refund.
I love Lynette!!! She’s really approachable, accommodating, and smart to talked to! She taught me a lot of stuff most especially skin care and hydrafacial. It was 10/10!!! She’s very generous and kind enough to gave me a sample for laser underarms which was painless and superb!!! It was such an exceptional experience. I’d love to come back soon and be able to part of this journey. Highly recommended. I’ve been using all the products and very highly effective. See you soon, Lynette! It was so great talking to you.
Terrible experience. No blanket, no music, aesthetician did not seem to know how to do a hydrofacial at all. Would never go back
I had a good experience at Skin Loft. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and the service was very good. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't like that a $49 gratuity was added and presented as optional at the end. I prefer to decide for myself how much I want to tip based on my experience rather than being asked or prompted for a specific amount.
