I love this place so much! My skin has TOTALLY improved! They take before and after photos and its truly changed the texture. Even my DAD noticed! Id recommend to everyone
I was there for the laser resurfacing a second time. My first resurfacing experience was so very different from the second experience. Passive aggressive behavior of the aesthetician in my second visit. Resurfacing in general is a painful treatment. However the behavior and the handling of the staff makes a difference. I went to Skin Laundry -Westport. At 1st impression I was highly skeptical of legitimacy of this spa and staff based on my greeting. But luckily the manager and 2 young ladies I did treatment with (Adrienne, Alex, & Diana) were highly professional, informative and pleasant that I wouldn’t mind becoming a member as long as they are ones I do my treatments with. Adrienne actually took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the different treatments, and help me choose a plan that fit my skin's specific needs. I've been struggling with hyperpigmentation and occasional hormonal acne. She asked about my schedule and any upcoming events to make sure I chose a treatment with downtime that worked for me and gave my skin time to heal properly. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.
