Adrienne actually took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the different treatments, and help me choose a plan that fit my skin's specific needs. I've been struggling with hyperpigmentation and occasional hormonal acne. She asked about my schedule and any upcoming events to make sure I chose a treatment with downtime that worked for me and gave my skin time to heal properly. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

Don’t even bother. I booked an appointment online. As I arrived, I tried calling to get their exact location (google maps pointed me to their previous location, down the street). No one answered the telephone. I called 6 times. No answer. When I arrived 6 minutes late, there were 2 women sitting behind the desk (not answering the phone), they told me they could no longer see me, that they did not have time for me. They were not apologetic. They were rude & unhelpful.
I got my first signature skin laser done and it was very fast and easy. Everyone was super nice and friendly and very clean area. Would definitely come back!!
