I was told by the Larchmont location they wouldn't see me 'but weho has more openings' so I decided to call and was given an appointment here so I figured great, it works out. I received the confirmation email and text for my appointment. I showed up early only to be told by Joe they won't see me since there's a note from the other location they can't see me the same day.
