I had a horrible experience. This is day two after my facial. The lady at the front desk immediately started to almost blame me, I believe the questions were almost accusatory ( such as…did you work out, did you go out in the sun, what did you put on your skin). I think what should have been said first is an apology. Skin Laundry offered for me to come back for a medical consult. I drove back to the location. During the medical consult the lady took pictures of my face and said the would report to management! No one from man... read more
