Great experience
Beware of the subscription! It's not very flexible, so if you need to take a break for any reason, they make that quite difficult. Also, they wouldn't refund me the overcharges they made even though I definitely let them know that I wasn't going to renew once my subscription was completed. When I called about it, the manager told me that she wasn't willing to refund me and that I would have to dispute the charges with my credit card company - super rude and unhelpful - so I did, and the disputes were approved, so I was refun... read more
I had a good experience with them in the past. I came in today (April 8th) and asked if I booked at a later date if they will honor the promotional offer - I hope they do or I will update my review! I said I wanted to see a dermatologist in the next week before booking because I was concerned that microdermabrasion recently made my acne scars worse. I hope if it’s cleared by my doctor they will honor the price because they do not have doctor consultations there and acne scars are common and what the lasers should treat. They... read more
First time visiting San Ramon’s Skin Laundry. Entire staff was very thorough explaining procedures, protocols & setting expectations. Julie did a great job with the Signature Laser Facial & my skin felt noticeably different after the treatment. Will be doing the membership to continue the journey!
It saddens me to read other reviews, where people are disappointed with their treatment. I too am a newbie to this level of skin care. But, I feel like your results are also based on how you treat your skin in between treatments. I have followed my nurses advice to a T and my gosh does my face feel amazing.
