A place that tricks people by advertising a service worth over $300 as being discounted to $75, then has you come in and does some kind of “treatment” that doesn’t even last 8 minutes. I’ve been going to dermatology clinics my whole life, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen an 8-minute “treatment.” I want my money back.
They keep canceling my appointment the day of or day before. They don’t even call at least to let me know the reason why. I just get a text message saying my appointment has been canceled and I will get charged it if it was 12hrs before appointment time. When it’s not even me canceling it.

I had a signature facial, but even afterward I didn’t see any results. I had originally asked for a resurfacing facial, and I feel I should have been given better options based on my concerns. At the very least, I expected to see some improvement after the treatment or within a couple of days. I hope they can still make an exception and allow me to do the resurfacing treatment as I had planned.
