This place is unreal. Not only is the operation subpar, but they are legitimately thieves. Signed up for the membership, and told the employee working that once my membership contract has ended, that I wanted it canceled. I figured that would be the end of it. 4 months go by without me using a SINGLE session and they continued to charge me. I’m generally not one to give reviews, but I do wish I would have read this locations reviews prior to visiting. The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the actual procedure and the nurse who did the procedure were great. But… i almost left before we got to that point. I walked in at 526pm for a 545pm appointment. The front desk actually seemed annoyed I was there and very clearly expressed to me that they couldn’t start the process until 545 and directed me to sit if I wanted to hang around.
