I started monthly facials at Skin Laundry back in 2024 as part of a more consistent skincare routine and to prep for my wedding. First and last time at this place. There were several things that went wrong. First of all employees are not able to speak Spanish to customers that’s something different. If you don’t speak English they’re not able to service you. The reason being is because it’s a medical procedure. From a business owner perspective if you want to run a business like that it’s fine but have a translator on site. That’s discrimination against people who don’t speak ENGLISH.
