I could not wait to see what all the hype was about! I walked in and the young lady at the front desk….was NOT friendly, at all. I was completely blown away. She told me I could go and wait down at Starbucks or one of the other restaurants…”oh or you could stay here”. I walked down and almost didn’t come back. She threw my entire energy off. The service was completely overshadowed by how UNWELCOMING my 1st contact was. Skin Laundry…..please get someone at the front desk that is more welcoming. Someone who makes your customer... read more
Love the services here, and love the people! Got the alternating membership between the power signature and power resurfacing and it’s been great so far! Highly recommend
