Love this place! Has become part of my bi weekly ritual
Very disappointed and not worth the $. Started at Walnut location. Every evasive facial felt different. Was promised a serum because they put the wrong order and had used up my serum package and then at Lakewood location was told they don’t know who I spoke to. The Lakewood location was better. Besides pain and inconvenience this has been my worst cosmetic experience. I arrived to an empty facility. You apparently aren’t able to get text communications for appointments without being overwhelmed with sale and promotional texts. Sass is an integral part of their customer service experience when you call to discuss an issue. They only pick up the phone to call you when rescheduling benefits them trying to leave early.
