Don’t waste your time coming to this place. Horrible customer service. They turn away their clients for being 5 minutes late. I came all the way from Cerritos and told the girl I’d already filled my paperwork out so that should technically make me on time. She said no I had to do it over again. How was she able to pull my info for this appointment. It’s like they find any reason to turn potential clients away. This was my 2nd Facial and it was great experience.I was greeted and checked in by Cindy..She was very informative, sweet and Beautiful. She made me feel comfortable and welcome, since I was the only man in the place. Dena did a awesome job of explaining the procedure and what I'd be feeling on my skin. I already booked my next appointment..
So nice and easy, stress free. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I like coming here and I can see the improvement of my skin 😉
