Had a wonderful first time experience today. All staff extremely professional , thoughtful and very welcoming. Monique spent a lot of time talking to me about my skin care goals and providing me with skin care recommendations (not just laser but makeup and general skin care products!). Really great atmosphere, team, and my treatment was also amazing.
Customer service is phenomenal! They are attentive, detailed with instructions and definitely strict on the time. Be sure not to be late, parking is tough so try to make a half hour early. I rather be early than late. Also I love the fact that I’ve never waited for my appointment they are always on time. Regardless I’m excited and can’t wait to see the results.
