Warning!! They will continue to charge you after cancellation and will not send any email receipts so you don’t know you are continuing to be charged. When I brought this to their attention I was hung up on by the front desk person and Katrina Coulter, the extremely rude district manager, responded with a boiler plate emailing rejecting any compensation. Amazing place and good service. Purchased the Power signature and has worked really well.
Receptionist is absolutely rude and condescending. Not certain how they plan to attract new clients. One more business that will leave Hoboken soon.
