From the very moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. She did an intake form that was simple and smooth. Got a lazer facial done by Pearl. She was kind and explained detail by detail on each step she did. It was pain free and very relaxing. I left Skin Laundry relaxed and looking radiant.
Jessica Assistant Manger Glendale location and Sarah nurse was very unprofessional I walked in they were rude Sarah was working out inside the office while I was waiting to get my facial made me wait 30 min said I was 5 min late when I asked to speak with manager she said I’m the manager horrible customer service do not recommend Glendale location !!! This was my first time getting serviced , although my mom & sister had been going there for a while . Pearl was my nurse & she was great . she took all the time to answer any questions &/or concerns i had which i appreciate . it was a great experience .
I went in for my first visit and Jessica was amazing. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The procedure was fast and painless!
