Love my experience with Melissa and the staff. They always address all skin concerns and are super friendly.
I walked in 3 months ago unsure what to expect and let me tell you Lily and Melissa are the reason I keep coming back. Every time I come for an appt Lily greets me with the biggest smile! I never have to tell her my name because she’s always there waiting for me to walk through the door, ready to check me in and hear about my latest adventures. Friendly, Knowledgable staff! First laser treatment for me and it couldn't have gone any better.
I was lured in by the $75 introductory facial and was then sold on signing up for the membership for $250 a month. I was a member for 4 months and received a total of 8 facial treatments from 9-1-23 to 11-27-23. As of 2-5-24 I don't notice any improvement in my skin. I found Skin Laundry quite sales oriented and did not deliver on the expectations set. The treatments seem rather benign and the beds they use are uncomfortable. Further I don't appreciate being asked to tip on their services.
