The membership sounds like a good deal but be careful! What they dont tell you is that you have to pay $25 for every month you put your membership on hold. They dont even tell you this when you sign on! Also, I noticed the laser treatment they give is only like 5 minutes or less in length! There was multiple incident where the nurse who did my face missed areas! I have had facial laser treatment done elsewhere before and it took the nurse atleast 10 - 15 minutes to do my whole face! I would say 1.5 stars. There are some good things like some of the nurses but annoyed with customer service. I paid 4 months of the founders club to only find out I had treatments that didn't even address my concerns. I wanted to address fine lines and the laser treatments don't help with that. I found out like 3.5 months into treatments and having spent $1k+. I got no progress updates or photos. It's a super waste of money. All these 5 star reviews have to be fake. They explain everything about the treatment and aftercare really well. The clinic looks great too and the nurse was very sweet and gentle during the treatment.

I love the Campbell team! I’ve been coming for a few months and have seen a massive difference in my skin since adding the peel and illuminator into my power duo treatments. I have a membership and love that I’m not pressured into buying packages after packages like at other clinics I’ve visited.
