Before your appointment you are required to fill out a health questionnaire online, which I did. One of the questions is whether or not you use tretinoin. I marked yes. There were no follow up questions to that. When I arrived, they asked if it had been at least seven days since I used tretinoin. It had not, so they could not see me. What a complete waste of time. The experience was very pleasant. The front staff was exceptional, very welcoming, and knowledgeable of all the services and products. Also the provider explained everything in layman terns. I will be returning for future visits.
