I’ve asked to cancel three times stating back in March. They did not respond to my first texts and email, then finally responded in April after additional follow ups and agreed to cancel the membership. Now, out of the blue, I am being charged again after requesting they cancel my membership for two months straight. Do not sign up for the membership. It’s not worth it or the hassle when you ask to cancel
This place is fantastic !!! Erin did a phenomenal job it’s such an easy process ! I love that it is so fast and the office is clean and everyone is so nice .
