I have been getting the NAD+ shots for a few months now (once a week) and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Skin Healthy Medspa as well as Dr Niraj Mehta, DO and his practice Helical Health. Can’t say enough good things about this office and EVERYONE that works there! They are AMAZING!
