I went to see the Skingroup today at the Shepherdsville location. I have to say Elsie at the front desk was the sweetest woman I have ever met. She was so helpful. Asked me if I needed anything. She could tell. I was stressed out so she wanted to make sure I was feeling very comfortable. It takes more people like her in A medical field. This is a skin beauty place, not a skin health place. Went in for general dermatology. The appt was 40 minutes late and the doctor didn't even do an overall exam or offer to do one.
PA-C Roshak is awesome and very kind. Great experience!!
Really good experience getting a skin health check and a few small removals
Friendly staff, easy to get an appointment without waiting months and doctor was very knowledgeable. Will go back there if i have different issues in the future.
