Been coming here for about 8 months now and I had to cancel due to financial reasons in August. The lady on the phone told me I had 1 left that was paid for, so I kept the appointment. Came this morning and got my facial done and when I went to the front desk to check out they told me I had to pay for my appointment. Seems shady to me. Will not be recommending this place any longer
As a first time client, the facial itself was excellent and I was very pleased and relaxed with my esthetician. However, upon paying up front I was asked 3-4 different times with various explanations on paying for a membership between two ladies. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I felt it was quite inappropriate to be asked that many times after very politely saying “no thank you.” Due to this unfortunate circumstance, I will more than likely not return in the future.
