For months I spent my money here. I had the monthly subscription. I always tipped way above 15% on top of the subscription. I called to cancel my subscription because I was moving to San Diego. Yet I was charged in June. I called to politely ask for a refund and they told me they would talk to the manager and let me know. They declined my refund even though I cancelled on the phone. I received 3 voicemails and 2 texts telling me to come in for a free facial that was gifted to me from my friend ,a current monthly member. I came in And was told it wasn’t free it would be full price. I opted for the express facial since I already drove into Lincoln for my “free “ facial. When I left the girl at counter was rude and agreed it was their mistake but I would have to pay full price. I was embarrassed and pissed. Had a full facial here. Just some disclaimers, they don’t have you put on a wrap or a robe, so don’t wear a tshirt if you don’t want it to get wet or stretched out from them trying to do a massage. My gal had longer nails and was scratching me during the massage so not very relaxing and was asked at least 5 different times about buying packages/items. Honestly wouldn’t go back.
Ashley did an amazing job on my facial and educating me on the products. I actually purchased the membership because I am excited to go back to her! I’m looking forward to healthier skin and the relaxed environment.
I was at Skin Experts today for the first time for an express facial. I loved it! Ashley was amazing and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I was thankfully not pressured to buy products (like an earlier reviewer said). Great experience. Will be back!
