Good evening , I just got very disappointed in the customer service that this place has. I set up an appointment on December 7th through Facebook messenger, everything got confirm. My surprise was on my way to my appointment I just called to confirm and they informed me that my appointment never got set up. I was like ? What kind of training these people had? What a beautiful experience! its draped in beauty from wall to wall. All the ladies working there were so welcoming. the consultants and the ladies at the front are so helpful! I would recommend visiting, its absolutely gorgeous.

I have been getting Botox for 14 years, and I have NEVER tipped my provider. After I had been made to feel guilty, like I needed to tip, did so, and then let them know that I’ve never tipped before, they tell me that the nurse injector tells the patient NOT to tip! I was NEVER told this until after tipping! So much for the $9/unit special!

This place is amazing. The staff is very professional, the services are abundant, and the ambiance is incredible
I paid over $1,000 for cool sculpting on my chin just to "trim up" some areas of my face and got nothing but terrible results and when I think about how I wasted hard earned money for absolutely nothing, 3 steps back even, infuriates me! I weigh less than I did when the procedure was done and now I have a double chin, never in my life until now have I had this and thanks to cool sculpting I do! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm miserable.
