This was my 1st professional facial. I went to the long beach location.They made me feel comfortable. Reception very welcoming. They offered cucumber water (my fav) almost no wait time. I got the microdermabrasion facial. The enzyme burned more than expected, but Pam responded quickly wiping & soothing with aloe Vera iced. Pam completed my service, from the very beginning I could tell she was knowledgeable from looking at me for all of 15secs lol I purchased her in house products.
