Extremely rude employee answering the phone. I was calling for the first time to make an appointment and the women answering the phone would not introduce herself and when I asked if she could help me with scheduling she oddly asked why. She then would not answer my question regarding if I could make an appointment with her or what her name was. It was a extremely unprofessional and combative call.
