Loran removed my other dermal today. He made me feel comfortable with him removing it. Last person to take one out took her 20 mins not at this shop and it was awful. Took him about a min or less. Thank you so much.
Loran was absolutely amazing for this whole experience! Walked me through all the jewelry selections and what can be used for both piercings that I had done. He was extremely patient, walked me through everything as it was done and was just excellent, you can definitely tell they care about their customers. I felt next to no pain for my piercings, and actually said after my tragus piercing, "that's it?!" because it was that painless! The actual piercings were very quick and took less than two seconds.
