Mike Grooms was not only incredibly professional, but his "bedside manner" really put my daughter at ease. We felt it was important to not get this done at some place in the mall to ensure it was done correctly and cleanly. I do not regret that decision at all. You pay a little more but you are getting the services of a true professional and they use high quality implant grade titanium jewelry which prevents any skin issues. My best friend and I got tattoos by Christian to celebrate being friends for 8 years this month. The tattoo's we got are beautiful and healing nicely. The service was great, and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked into the shop. I definitely know I will come back to see him for all of my other tattoos as well!
I got 2 piercings with Mike today. He was amazing! !! He was super patient and explained what jewelry would go best on my ears and what would be the best placement for my cartlidge piercing. He was funny and super knowledgeable. He gave great explicit after care instructions and although the actual act of piercing is not a delight he made the process smooth and as painless as possible.
