I came in for a scheduled hair removal consultation and was not brought into a private room and told about treatment options, but ushered into a chair right across from her table (open to the public) and asked when I wanted to book my first appointment. I had to point to the brochures and get her to talk to me about my options, to which she just handed me the brochures and told me I could read them when I left. But she got me.
