Donna is absolutely the best at what she does. She works quickly and efficiently (though it's a long process as each hair has to be dealt with individually). Donna also takes time to get to know her clients and she understands their personal struggles and what unwanted hair can do to a person's self-esteem. She is so sweet and easy to work with. And I'm so much more comfortable in my own skin because of her work. If ten stars were available I would give that.
I went to 26 appointments at another facility with a different technique for one area. I barely got any improvement that lasted more than 3 or 4 days. Within 6 visits with Donna, we have done 4 body areas now and probably have 75% clearance in the original area and 50% in the new area so far. Don’t waste your time or money at another place.
Donna is an excellent technician. She works at getting into each pore to get to the root of the hair. This process takes time, it is not a one treatment system. The hair root must be worked on many times. This was not explained to me by my original technician. I highly recommend Donna. I have moved many times and have used different electrolysis businesses.
