Was a first time customer and accidently missed my appointment, tried to reschedule, and was asked to find someone else. Extremely rude customer service.
Jeri is very welcoming making you feel at home the minute you walk in. She pierced my ears and it was very quick and easy. I’ve had no soreness or redness.
