I met Carmen TWENTY YEARS AGO when she had a small Salon on Petaluma Blvd. In Petaluma, California. After nineteen years I needed touch up on my eyeliner and was frantic when I could not remember the name of her Salon. Carmen is the best! She has an artist’s eye and a knack for color and form. I wanted everything subtle and natural, a fresh look for early work outs without looking like I I’m wearing makeup. She evened out my eyebrows, gave my lips the perfect color and subtlety lined my eyes perfectly. I can highly recommend her.
I gifted my mom eyebrows by Carmen because she had her eyebrows done from someone who didn’t have experience over 15 years ago and they were done too dark and too thick and years later, they were all discolored with scar tissue. Great attention to detail in a professional manner. Carmen is very knowledgeable and skilled. Comfortable treatment lounge chair. Totally private. Ample parking/easy access at ground level. This was my 2nd treatment, I shall return.
