Nara and the team are amazing here. So accommodating and probably the best Botox/ filler I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!
Despite some of the older reviews mentioning poor customer service over the phone, it seems the clinic has made significant improvements. I was assisted by Nara, who was professional, attentive, and made the entire process very smooth. The receptionist, originally from Romania, was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. I will definitely be coming back and will be bringing my wife as well. Highly recommended!
Cornelia was amazing! I got a hydrafacial + dermaplaning combo and it was easy and affordable to combine both treatments. The dermaplaning was so thorough and it was probably the best hydrafacial that I have ever had in my life (have been getting this treatments done for 7+years). Cornelia was so diligent and really took her time while explaining each product she used. She was also so comforting and the space was really relaxing. Absolutely incredible experience! Will be back again
Absolutely amazing experience at Skin Center New York. Nelly was incredible from start to finish — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I did the carbon laser treatment and she explained every step thoroughly, making me feel comfortable the entire time. My skin already looked brighter, smoother, and more refreshed after just one session. Came to try their facial massage as a first time customer. The facial itself was poor but the on top of that the technician seem to be very disorganized and was constantly standing up and leaving the room, getting things during the facial… so different than what I am used to at other places. I also did not find the experience relaxing and the results to be underwhelming. would not recommend the massage based on the price point.
