On my initial visit I received a written price for removal of a cyst for $643. When I came back in for the procedure the Skin Care Center charged me $1127, almost $500 more than quote. When I questioned the price they replied in a dismissive manner, " oh, must have not included all the fees". I would call that fraudulent. Dr Dillig is awesome! She’s very honest with patients about skin conditions: what it will take to treat it, what works and what doesn’t work, how long treatment will take.
Front desk dr dillig and erica were all gems taken right on schedule
For three separate carcinoma treatments, I have had outstanding, expert treatment. Dr. Dillig is incredibly talented. My follow up appointments have produced no further issues. And - no scars. You cannot tell I had Mohrs surgery on my face. And they are all beautiful which is an added bonus.
Terrible experience. From the moment they start doing your intake, they start pushing you toward expensive, systemic prescriptions. Dr. Goldberg walks in -- says I absolutely need to do XYZ -- lists off some drugs, and says, which will it be? No details on pros/cons/side effects/etc. She leaves in 5 mins. I can only imagine what elderly patients who may not push back go through. One week after the appointment I'm nearly clear of what I came in for using diet/supplements and some topicals.
