I made a booking at Raquel two weeks ahead of time for a back facial lip and chin wax, and gave details of my skin she confirmed the appointment almost immediately. The appointment was for Thursday 8/3 and I called on Monday just to make sure we were set, she did not answer or return any of my calls, I even left a voicemail but I assumed she was booked and busy. I’ve been going to Raquel for YEARS because she is really knowledgeable and never pushes any products on me. I always leave with my face not hurting (which is really my fault because I go too long in between appointments) and feeling so relaxed!
