For the first time I took a chance online and ordered a product from skincare by Alana and was given 5 to 7 business day shipping . It had been 14 days with no product and no information about the shipment status. I called the company and they said that they have to find out from perfume maker to find out when they were delivering it to them before they even deliver it to me. I was like ok I guess. Let the consumers know during their search/potential order whether or not the item(s) are in stock...instead of waiting a week later to send an email stating items are backordered.
