Worst experience with an online firm in the 30 years I have purchased goods online. They sell products they do not have, charge your credit card for products that they do not have in stock, do not bother to send updates about an order that is not going to be shipped, and make it impossible to get a refund. Their phone lines do not work and they do not respond to emails. I am getting ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Quality products, although I'd recommend starting with trial sizes to ensure it's right for your individual skin before committing to full-size bottles with full-size prices.
